CRPA is sponsoring an ART CONTEST!
Have children in your town creatively express their idea of play!
CRPA will offer the winner:
$150 prize for use towards your Parks & Recreation programs!
A chance to be featured on the cover of Connecticut Recreation & Parks Association’s magazine!
Ages K-6
Winners will be chosen from across the state in three categories.
Grades k-1, 2-3, & 4-6
Put up posters for your town residents to participate. Don’t forget to tell your camp counselors about the art contest! Collect your town submissions by 3pm September 8th 2010 and Submit entries to CRPA by 3pm Friday, September 10th, 2010.

**Submissions may be created using any form of two-dimensional artistic expression including;
on paper with paint, crayons, pencil, etc. or via computer screen. Paper must not exceed 11x17
inches. Electronic submissions must be provided in high resolution JPEG format. No photos
will be accepted. Please make sure child's name, grade, address, & phone number are on their
submission. Note that it is the grade the child will be entering come September.
