The Arc of Connecticut is applying for a grant from the U.S. Department
of Education Office of Special
Education and Rehabilitation Services (OSERS) to facilitate the inclusion
of individuals with
disabilities in local recreation and social activities. Under this grant
we would provide
technical assistance to local programs, such as municipal recreation programs,
where individuals with disabilities are, or would like to be, involved.
I am now seeking prospective programs for such technical assistance.
